Work with our highly trained Masters Swim Coaches to enhance your swimming abilities! Clinics will range in content from month to month covering all four competitive strokes, flip turns, underwater filming and one-on-one coaching.

At the end of each clinic you will be able to evaluate your stroke on camera and order a DVD of yourself

Overcome your fear of water. Learn to actually enjoy being in and around the water environment.

Level II
Learn to swim with proper technique while building endurance.

Level III (Pre-Masters)
This class will prepare you to become part of our 150+ participant Master’s Swim Team. Class will emphasize stroke technique and endurance. Participants will swim 800+ yards in each class, learn all 4 competitive strokes and flip turns.

Aquatic Personal Training

If you have recently had joint replacement surgery and have completed physical therapy treatment, but are not quite ready for a group exercise experience, consider Aquatic Personal Training.

Working one-on-one, your trainer creates an individualized exercise plan designed to meet your fitness and health goals.

  • The individualized attention increases your focus, addresses exercise intensity, proper form and goal setting, making the most of each session in the water environment.
  • Ideal for building strength, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning and continuing beyond rehabilitation.
