GRAVITYPilates®

 
   

GRAVITYPilates® is a blend of the traditional Pilates reformer exercises, as well as mat Pilates exercises, that
are done on the Gravity system. Meet with a certified Pilates and GRAVITYPilates instructor who will design a unique program for you to strengthen your core, increase flexibility, improve balance and posture, and create a more streamlined shape. ( Members only)

GRAVITYGroup is a series of fun and dynamic muscular endurance and strength exercises. Classes are timeefficient, effective and designed to work the entire body to produce maximum results. Classes are 45 minutes. (Members only)

What is Gravity?

Gravity is a cable pulley system with a rolling glide board that has calibrated
levels of incline. This unique system puts body weight against gravity for resistance that provides intensity, depending on your ability.

Gravity is a company with products using the latest scientific developments to help members achieve more efficient and effective workouts.

Learn over 100 exercises to increase muscular strength and endurance, balance, flexibility and power. A certified personal
trainer and GRAVITYPersonal Trainer will work with you to design a program on the GRAVITY machine to meet your needs and goals. Training options include One-on-One or Training for Two.
