Free-Weight Orientation
Friars Road & Toby Wells
Trained and certified Fitness Coaches provide members with a free, one-hour introduction to free-weight
equipment.
Adding free-weight and plate-loaded
equipment is a great way to challenge your body and add variety to your workout.
For sport-specific traning programs or basic free-weight introduction programs:
- Must be at least 15 years old; parent/guardian consent required for teens
- Must have at least three months experience using strength-training machine weights
