New! Intro to Cycling

Come prepared to have fun while learning what those people

are doing in the dark room!

This class will include an introduction to
cycle gear, bike set up, cycle lingo and a
20-minute ride led by Fitness Director Jennifer Telfer. For more information, call (858) 496-9622.
