Online Registration
Online registration is available for the following programs:
- Annual Membership renewal
- Camp
- Swim lessons
- Gymnastics team fees
- Youth Sports
- Y Active Adults
- CPR/First Aid
- Adult Ballet
Attention: You (or your child) must be a member or participant of the Mission Valley YMCA.
We must have information for you in our database as either a member or past participant in a YMCA program. If you are not in our database already, you may register in person, or via fax or mail. See facilities page for addresses and numbers.
Submit medical waiver via fax or mail.
After completing the registration online, submit a medical/liability waiver (page 2 of the program registration form; also available in Spanish on the forms & documents page). The form is due 48 hours after registration is complete. Gymnastics team members do not need to submit waiver.
Pay with Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Your credit card will be validated using VeriSign.
