What to Wear/Bring: Lunch, a snack, a jacket or sweatshirt on cool days,
tennis shoes. Also a swimsuit, sunscreen, and towel.
Transportation: Provided to offsite locations by certified YMCA bus drivers.
Registration: Must be made in advance by completing
camp
registration forms in-person, online, or via fax.
(Please call to have registration forms faxed to you.) There
will be a $10 late fee starting 5 days prior to camp.
Financial Assistance: Financial assistance applications are available at the
Member Service Desk. Applications must be completed and turned in with all
required information no less than two weeks prior to the start of camp.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Refund Policy: If the YMCA cancels a camp, you have the option to accept a
full credit, transfer, or refund. No refunds given for missed days of camp.
Cancellations: If you request (in writing) to cancel your enrollment in a
camp 14 days prior to the first day of camp, you will receive credit minus a $10
service charge or you may choose to transfer to another camp (subject to
availability). Within 14 days of the first day of camp, a pro-rated credit will be
granted. There will be no credit issued for sick days.
