Dear Parents,

We are so happy you’re taking the time to look through our summer camps. We have an outstanding staff team, tons of new camp offerings and fantastic programming that is sure to make this summer an unforgettable one for our campers.

We are dedicated to running a safe, high-quality program and continue to be American Camp Association accredited. This symbol of achievement represents our adherence to high-quality standards and an assurance of our commitment to the safety of your child.

Our outstanding staff team goes through a rigorous screening and selection process with interviews, reference checks and fingerprinting. Once hired, all staff attends at least 24 hours of training including Child
Abuse Prevention, behavior management, and First Aid/CPR.

Please note that if you’d like to talk to your camp’s Unit Leader, they will be with their camps and available for contact between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Remember to take advantage of our free shuttle service. Although
we have two locations, we are running one great program, so you can drop off at whichever location you like.

Whether for the first time, or once again, we thank you for choosing the Mission Valley YMCA and Toby
Wells YMCA, and would like to leave you with our mission statement:

The Mission Valley YMCA Camp Department is dedicated to improving the quality of human life and to helping all people realize their fullest potential through the development of spirit, mind, and body.
