  Academy Infant (Ages 6 mos. - 36 months)

This course offers parents and caregivers instruction and guidance for the 6- to 36-month old aqua baby. The individualization of this course allows for flexibility in the age limit.

  • Academy Infant 1 (parent/child age 6-18 mos.)

This course teaches the parent proper techniques for holding the child in the water, front float position, transition to back float position, submersion advancement, vertical, horizontal and going away positions. It covers breathing techniques, and proper skills for climbing out and jumping in the pool. Includes songs and toys for an engaging environment.

Prerequisite: Age appropriate
Ratio: 1:6

  • Academy Infant 2 (parent/child age 19-36 mos.)

Includes but is not limited to Academy infant 1 activities. Course provides the tools for the child to swim without a parent.
Prerequisite: Infant Academy 1 or equivalent
Ratio: 1:6
