Swim Academy

Our Swim Academy is designed to guide all participants to their fullest potential as swimmers, from infant to readiness for the Mission Valley Mini Seals or Seal Swim Team. The Academy boasts small groups with low ratios using the most modern techniques and equipment in ideal warm water (90°) conditions with ample space for everyone. All swimmers will be taught by an experienced, well-trained, and nurturing instructor the four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke,
butterfly and breaststroke. Students five or six years of age will be well prepared and capable of swimming with the Mission Valley Swim Team. The Academy proudly
incorporates the YMCA Core Values of caring, honesty,
respect, and responsibility in all trainings. Enroll your child in one of the following levels:

   
Academy Infant  (6 -18 mos)
Academy Preschool (age 3-5)
Progressive Swim Academy (age 6-13)
