Toby Wells YMCA Programs
This 45,000-square-foot facility is a satellite branch of the Mission Valley YMCA. Located on six acres of the former General Dynamics Missile Park site at 5105 Overland Avenue in Kearny Mesa, the Y serves the communities of Serra Mesa, Kearny Mesa and Tierrasanta.
It offers yet another option for members of the Mission Valley YMCA, who may now utilize four locations with their memberships: the original facility on Friars Road, the YMCA at Hazard Center, Toby Wells YMCA and the Downtown YMCA.

We'll take care of the kids while you use the facility!
- Ages 3 months to 12 years
- Free with Family Memberships
- $5/hour per child for program participants
- Parents must stay on site
- $1/minute late fee past time limit
- 1-hour time limit on rainy days
- During peak hours a wait list may occur
- Children not accepted 30 minutes before closing
- Bring child in fresh diapers; staff does not change diapers
- Ask about volunteer opportunities

Membership Assistance
Membership assistance is available for youth, adult and family memberships, as well as for Y programs. Funds are made available via the Annual Support Campaign.
Applications for financial scholarships are available online, and each request is reviewed individually and thoughtfully. Not everyone is eligible.
