Capital Improvements

Whether they're three months or 83 years, over achievers or under privileged, at home or at-risk, native San Diegans or new to our city, capital improvements to the YMCA have a multigenerational impact on our community.

Welcome to Our Family!

You are experiencing one of the most complete
YMCA’s in the United States. Our goal is to provide our members and community with access to quality programming, attentive service, and state-of-the-art facilities — all at an affordable price.

As part of the Mission Valley YMCA family, we
encourage you to ask questions and experience all
that your YMCA has to offer. In addition to a variety
of health and wellness programming, we are proud
of our Community Outreach efforts, which reach
more than 12,500 youth and families at a cost of
more than $1.4 million in subsidized programs and
services.

Volunteers Make it Happen at the Y!

Mission Valley YMCA staff and volunteers take part in the Annual Support Campaign. Last year, more than 12,000 people received programs and services valued at more than $1.4 million because of campaign gifts to our YMCA. Volunteers and staff raised this money, which allows us to offer more programs in the future and strengthen those already in place — all with the YMCA's mission as a guide.

The YMCA of San Diego County serves all people regardless of age, gender, race, color, national origin, religion, ethnicity or disability. Questions regarding this policy may be directed to Vice President, Human Resources, 858-292-9622.
