Adaptive Gym Ventures

Join this modified gymnastics class designed to improve gross motor skills and enhance socialization. This class is especially for kids with physical, mental, social, or emotional impairments. Parent participation is required. Classes meet once a month on Fridays. Next class: May 10 at Toby Wells. Download flier (PDF) or see Gymnastics section.



Ongoing Events

Parkour

Learn how to maneuver around and over obstacles with speed and efficiency by flipping, turning, and jumping. Monthly sessions on Friday evenings. Classes for ages 5-12 and 13+. See gymnastics section

Synchronized Swim

Capoeira

A Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial arts, sports, and music. Two classes a week (take either or both for the same price). Meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Mission Valley. Download flier (PDF) for information or see the martial arts section.

Open Gym

Tired of the treadmill? Try a new type of workout: Open Gym at Toby Wells, 7:30 p.m., Tu/Th at Toby Wells. Age 16+. Download flier (PDF). See gymnastics section

Time Off for Parents!

We have regularly scheduled parent time off events at both Mission Valley and Toby Wells. Your children can have fun at the Y while you enjoy some time out and about. Download the flier that lists all upcoming events or see our parent time off events.
