What's On Your Plate?

Stop by for a free mini nutrition assessment with our registered dietitian and nutritionist, Samantha Browde. If you're ready to make steps toward a healthier lifestyle and want to get some questions answered, take advantage of this opportunity!
  • 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Saturday, June 1
  • 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., Monday, June 3
  • 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 4

The Clash at Clairemont, featuring the Sega Sonic Generations of Skate Contest is June 1, 2013! For the past six years, Mission Valley YMCA has teamed with the Grind for Life Foundation to bring you the Clash, which is the skate and BMX event of the year at Krause Family Skate & Bike Park! YAA Day at the Bay

Wednesday, May 29 - Mission Bay Aquatic Center
The San Diego County YMCA celebrates National Older Adult Day. Join us for a BBQ, kayaking, sailing, tai chi, yoga, beach/bay walk, lawn games, volunteer recognition, and a chance to meet new friends. YMCA bus will pick up at Mission Valley and Toby Wells YMCAs in the morning (see below) and return around 3:15 p.m. Details

Dads, come with your kid(s) to enjoy a night of tent camping, games, s’mores and more at Toby Wells YMCA. The fun starts at 6 p.m., Saturday, June 8. Bring your own tent and come prepared to enjoy a great outdoor experience. Details
