Your YMCA has three fully-equipped facilities to serve up your daily dose of well-being. Break a sweat, chat with a friend, relax your mind, challenge your body, try something new, recharge — the Y is here for you.

We promise to help support you through every stage of life, regardless of age, physical ability, size or shape. Because we want to make sure you are ready to get started safely, certain medical conditions may warrant a medical clearance prior to getting started. We will provide you with the form and even fax it off to your physician — just let us know how we can help!

Spring is in the air and there's nothing like breaking a sweat in the cool breeze.
Outdoor Boot Camp
Here's your chance to try our popular outdoor boot camp classes for FREE! During the remodel of Mission Valley's fitness centers, Alex and Leonard will hold special five-week sessions, starting the week of April 23.

Running
We host social runs on Wednesday evenings and special training classes for new runners as well as those training for events.

Sports Leagues
We offer sports leagues for adults in basketball, soccer and volleyball. It's a great way to get some exercise while having lots of fun.

Hiking Club
Join us for a group hike at various scenic locations around San Diego.

Water Exercise
Check the water exercise class schedule (PDF) for classes offered at both Mission Valley and Toby Wells. These ongoing classes are FREE to members. Easy on the joints and extremely effective, try options like Deep Water Sweat, classes for those with arthritis, and H20 Strength.
