Personalized workouts, workout tracking and Web feeds are now available on the cardio equipment at Mission Valley! Your Precor AMTs, ellipticals, treadmills and cycles are now outfitted with Preva Net, offering personalization and Internet access to popular topics such as health and fitness, news, sports, technology, business and more. It's all delivered in a format designed specifically for the in-motion exerciser and will help to make your workout experience engaging and productive (and who couldn't use that?!).

Running Deep H20Running Deep H20 starts again on June 3 at Mission Valley. Give your feet a break from pounding the pavement, and take your training to the pool. The water is the perfect place for cross-training; you can get your miles in with no impact to your joints!
