Healthy Lifestyle Consultation - ALL

During your personal wellness consultation, our professional wellness coach will help orient you to our facility and identify the activities that best meet your needs.

You will fill out a health questionnaire to ensure the safety of all members. Consultations are 20 to 30 minutes, and recommended for all new members. (Suggestion: Wear appropriate attire in case you want to work out afterward).

Equipment Orientation - ALL

Meet one-on-one with a Wellness Coach to establish a workout plan, learn about classes offered, and how to use the fitness center equipment. Please dress in appropriate workout attire.

Free Weight Orientation - MV, TW

One-hour introduction to the Cross Training Center free weight equipment! Adding free-weight and plate-loaded equipment is a great way to challenge your body and add variety to your workout. Please dress in the appropriate workout attire.

  • Must be at least 15 years old; parent/guardian consent required for teens
  • Must have at least three months experience using strength-training machine weights

FIT 4 Me - All

Finding it tough to start and stick to a regular exercise routine? Enroll in our F.I.T. 4 Me program and receive one-on-one support to help you get back into the exercise habit. This program is designed to help you make lifestyle changes through the combination of a structured exercise program and personal coaching. Choose from an 8-week, 10-week or 12-week program.
