Running Deep H20Running Deep H20 will run monthly at Mission Valley. Give your feet a break from pounding the pavement, and take your training to the pool. The water is the perfect place for cross-training; you can get your miles in with no impact to your joints! You'll find this twice-a-week class can take you to the next level, minus the pain of too many miles on the pavement. Fit 4 MeFinding it tough to start and stick to a regular exercise routine? Enroll in our F.I.T. 4 Me program and receive one-on-one support to help you get back into the exercise habit. This program is designed to help you make lifestyle changes through the combination of a structured exercise program and personal coaching. Choose from an 8-week, 10-week or 12-week program. Heated Yoga
Tuesdays in Studio 1 at Toby Wells
6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Experience flowing yoga and the benefits of heat. The flowing style, heat, and breathing techniques will assist in building stamina, strength and flexibility. Sweat and detoxify your body while reducing tension and helping facilitate relaxation and focus of the mind. Class is taught by Morrie Touriel.
• Come to class hydrated; drink several glasses of water during the day day before you attend
• Refrain from eating two hours before class
• Please bring a hand towel for your sweat and a beach towel
