TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercises. The lightweight, TRX system delivers fast, effective, total-body workouts. Under the guidance of a certified TRX Trainer, safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries; all at the intensity you choose. Each class is four weeks: no mixing and matching classes. Register at Welcome Desk. Spaces are limited; fees vary. Classes available at both Toby Wells and Mission Valley locations!
